As many of you know, each year between Thanksgiving and New Year’s, Garland Collection donates 10% of sales made through the GC website to a worthy organization. This year, we will be starting a little early and I wanted to share with clients and friends where we will be contributing.
Beginning today, we have chosen to donate to Everytown (http://everytown.org), “a movement of Americans working together to end gun violence and build safer communities.” Everytown promotes common-sense steps to save lives in our cities, in our homes and in our schools.
More than ever, MANY organizations need support — from donations to volunteers to even awareness of what they do and why they are so important.
Throughout the new year, Garland Collection, my family and I will continue to support groups that protect our brand’s core values — inclusion, respect, compassion, integrity and the safety of our children and our communities.
